Before CofC: Played four seasons of baseball at Chapin High School, leading them to Region Championships in 2010 and 2011 and a District Championship in 2010 ... played for a Diamond Devils summer team that won the 2010 Wood Bat World Series ... earned 2011 All-Region and All-State honors, while also being selected to 2011 North-South game ... posted an ERA of 2.33 in 2011 and 2.91 in 2010.
