Lehigh's Steve Fisher scored in the 14th minute of the game on an assist from Manbaj Gill.
Seconds later, College of Charleston's Jeff Files scored a goal as he beat the Lehigh goalie to even up the game at 1-1.
Evan Bruno scored the game winning goal for Lehigh in the 68th minute of the game giving Lehigh a 2-1 lead. Steve Fisher notched the assist.
College of Charleston was competitive throughout the match. They took eight shots, while Lehigh took thirteen. College of Charleston led the game on corner kicks six to five.
The men's soccer team wrapped up the weekend in New York on Sunday, and will be in action again next Saturday, September 7th, and Sunday, September 8th, as they host the Aaron Olitsky Memorial Classic at Patriots Point Field in Mt. Pleasant. The Cougars will face Georgia State on Saturday at 3:30pm and Central Florida on Sunday at 3:30pm.
