With the win, Clemson improves to 10-5-2 overall, and College of Charleston falls to 10-6-2 this season. The Lady Tigers are ranked 22nd in the Soccer America poll and 23rd by the NSCAA.
Foster now has 12 goals and five assists for 29 points. She recorded the 14th all-time hat trick in school history. It is also the first hat trick in two seasons. Kelly Schneider also had two assists for the Lady Tigers in the contest. Allison Graham, Amanda Garcia, and Sarah Turner also scored goals for Clemson. Three different Cougars had a shot apiece for the College of Charleston.
Clemson will play host to Virginia Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. in the Lady Tigers' next action. The Cougars will host Western Carolina Nov. 2 at 12:00 PM in their last regular-season match of the season.
