Charleston improves its record to 10-4-3 overall and 6-2-2 in the Southern Conference. The shutout was the Cougars seventh straight. They have not allowed a goal in 662:54 minutes of play, dating back to the end of the Furman match, which was also their last loss. Wofford drops to 8-6-1 and 3-5-1.
Morris scored her first goal at 10:30 off the assist from Christina Hobgood and took in her second off the Amanda Andrews assist just before halftime at 40:43.
Morris scored her last goal of the game shortly after halftime at 49:43 off a Kristin Rhyne assist. Hobgood, who added the assist earlier, picked up a goal on her own at 85:41 to round out the Cougar scoring.
Charleston dominated Wofford with the 17-7 shot advantage and corner kicks, 6-0. Wofford led 4-2 in saves. Morris led the Cougar with six shots, while Bernie Sykes led the Terriers with three.
The Cougars host Davidson Oct. 31st at 1:00 PM at Patriots Point for their final regular-season game
