Summer Chambless finished seventh in the pole vault to highlight the
Chambless cleared a mark of 3.2m for her seventh-place. Jessica Cumbee finished 14th in the same event with a height of 2.9m.
Cara Browning turned in a top 25 performance in the 3000m run with a time of 11:48.71, while Christy Barrow also put in a top 25 in the 1500m run, with a time of 4:59.07. Mary Zolga competed in the 800m run for the first time in her collegiate career and finished 25th with a time of 2:23.37.
Kirsten Schumy competed in the 400m hurdles, placing 27th with a 1:12.78.
The Cougars next compete at the Western Carolina Invitational Saturday, Mar. 29th.
