Hayley Harrell Featured on NCAA Website

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - College of Charleston junior volleyball student-athlete Hayley Harrell was featured on the NCAA website in a special section called "Caught Being Good."
Harrell, a psychology and biology double-major has traveled to Honduras several times on medical mission trips. Along with her mother, a radiation oncologist they created a group and have raised over $20,000 to establish a nursery in the Central American country.
Harrell is also undergoing surgery in a week to donate marrow to a six-year-old girl who is suffering from a fatal disease.
Harrell plans follow in her mother's footsteps and enroll in medical school when she graduates from the College of Charleston.
Harrell is currently planning on traveling to Honduras in February.
