
Three Cougars Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Sophomores Cole Crews and Emma Duffield and graduate student Izzy Marinelli have earned spots on the 2025 Volleyball College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, which were announced on Tuesday, Dec. 16.
The honor recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To be eligible, student-athletes must have more than two semesters of academics, competed in at least 90 percent of the team's contests and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
Academic All-District honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, which will be announced in January.
