• Preseason All-CAA Second Team selection Tanisha Brown registered a 14-10 double-double, but turned heads in the passing game as well with a game-high four assists. Shiclasia Brown meanwhile poured in a game-high 19 points on 9 of 15 shooting in just 23 minutes of play.

• Freshman guard Bryanna Goodson was a spark plug off the bench, draining five of her eight three-point attempts to finish with 15 points. The Cougars shot 8 of 22 (36.4%) from long-range for the game. Fellow freshman Lexi Maddox also had a solid night, pulling down nine boards while playing a team-high 26 minutes.

• CofC was extremely efficient from the field, going 34 of 66 (51.5%) to the Pacers' 13 of 55 (23.6%). The Cougars also won the rebounding battle 45-38, dished out 10 more assists, and committed four fewer turnovers. The one hole in the team's game was their 23 fouls to USC Aiken's eight.
