Cougars Set For Bob Bavier, North Points #2 This Weekend

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston sailing team will head out from the docks for two regattas this weekend, including the Bob Bavier Team Race on Saturday and Sunday, March 3 and 4 at the J. Stewart Walker Sailing Complex, and the North Points #2 on Saturday in Clemson, S.C.

Freshman Jack Johannson (Miami, Fla.) and sophomore Maxwell Williams (Denver, Colo.) will skipper A- and B-Divisions, respectively, for the Cougars at the North Points #2 in Clemson, with freshman Marian Williams (Sai Kung, Hong Kong, China) and senior Katherine Matheson (San Diego, Calif.) serving as crew.

Representing the Cougars at the Bob Bavier Team Race will be: senior Stefano Peschiera (Lima, Peru), senior Christophe Killian (Newport Beach, Calif.), senior Augie Dale (Pewaukee, Wis.), senior Grace McCarthy (San Diego, Calif.), senior Elizabeth Pemberton (Osterville, Mass.), sophomore Katie Lounsbury (Jensen Beach, Fla.), junior Carter Cameron (Mt. Pleasant, S.C.), and junior Annabel Carrington (White Stone, Va.).
