Huskey Paces Cougars at CAA Women's Golf Championship

SOUTHPORT, N.C. – Junior Victoria Huskey (Greenville, S.C.) currently paces the College of Charleston women's golf team heading into the final day of the 2019 Colonial Athletic Association Women's Golf Championship held at The Reserve Club at St. James Plantation.
Huskey made three birdies to finish the second round with a 76 and 5-over par for the tournament. The lowest score on Saturday was 75. She is currently tied for second and one stroke back of current leader Thao My Nguyen of UNCW (+4).
Sophomore Jodee Tindal (Rock Hill, S.C.) is in a three-way tie for 11th (+12) after shooting a second-round 76.
The Cougars are currently tied with Towson for third with a 36-hole total of 626 (+50). UNCW leads the pack (+39) followed by Delaware in second (+46).
CofC will be paired with UNCW and Delaware in tomorrow's final group going off the No. 1 beginning at 8:45 a.m. (ET). Live tournament scoring will be available at: www.Golfstat.com
