ATHENS, Ohio --- Mandy Napierala and Claire Campbell combined for 19 kills without an error as Lauren Freed and Amani Dunston each recorded a double-double to lead College of Charleston to a straight-set sweep of UConn on the final day of the Bobcat Invitational on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Charleston's offense sprang to life with 45 kills and a .275 hitting percentage as Napierala, Campbell, Freed and Peyon Eisnaugle combined for 37 kills. The Cougars collected 16 kills in each of the first two sets including a superb .343 hitting percentage in the second stanza. UConn amassed 40 kills, 54 digs, four blocks and a .165 hitting percentage as the Cougars finished with 61 digs and six blocks.
 
COUGARS OF THE MATCH
Senior Mandy Napierala and redshirt freshman Claire Campbell combined for 19 kills on 39 swings without an error, while also totaling seven digs and six blocks.
 
NOTABLES

• Napierala put down 11 kills on 27 swings without an error for a .407 hitting percentage. The senior also added six digs and four blocks.
• Freed posted her second double-double of the season with 10 kills and 10 digs.
• Dunston recorded her second career double-double with career-highs of 24 assists and 12 digs.
• Campbell put together her best match as a Cougar with a season-high eight kills on 12 swings without an error.
• Eisnaugle finished with eight kills on 18 swings to go along with three blocks and a .389 attacking clip.
• Logan Manusky led the defense with 17 digs including nine in set three.
• Brooke Harris dished out 14 assists and added six digs.
