• Alstrom logged the first save of the match for the Cougars to keep the score leveled at 0-0 in the 32nd minute.
• Nicholson attempted to take the lead early in the second half, but his first shot hit the post and his follow-up shot was saved by the Blue Hose keeper.
• Alstrom made a huge save in the 86th minute to keep the lead for the Cougars.
