Peyton Eisnaugle collected eight kills and five blocks to lead the way for College of Charleston as the Cougars fell to Buffalo in a five-set slugfest on Saturday afternoon at the UniWyo Invite.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Bulls and Cougars went to war in a back-and-forth five-set battle which saw the teams combine for 25 blocks and 17 service aces. Buffalo won sets one, three and five and earned the victory by set scores of 25-19, 27-29, 25-22, 20-25 and 16-14. Charleston finished the match with 16 blocks and a .144 hitting percentage compared to nine denials and a .128 clip for the Bulls. Buffalo amassed 59 kills to 46 for the Cougars and accumulated three more aces.

Claire Campbell delivered seven kills to go along with four key blocks and hit .250 with two errors on 20 swings.
