- App. State took the doubles point after taking down the combinations of Palaska/Coetzee and Turner/Campbell in the No. 2 and 3 positions.
- Halli Trinkle teamed up with Eva Nyikos in the No. 1 doubles position and took down their opponents by a score of 6-3.
- Trinkle carried her momentum into the No. 2 singles position and defeated her opponent in straight sets.
- Nyikos took down App. State's Cassie McLay in the No. 3 position in three sets to give the Cougars their second point of the day.
- The Mountaineers sealed the win after Slade Coetzee fell to her opponent in the No. 1 position in three sets.
- Victoria Walter earned a win at the No. 6 position as she took down her opponent in straight sets.
