Cougars Drop Regular Season Finale at Hofstra

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Charleston women's soccer team (3-12-3, 2-6-1) fell 6-0 on the road at Hofstra (14-3-1, 6-2) in its season finale. 

The game remained tight throughout the first half, as the Pride did not score its first goal until the 31st minute. The Cougars entered the halftime break trailing 1-0. 

The Hofstra offense would hit its stride in the second period and put five goals on the scoreboard. The Pride would eventually win the match 6-0.
