HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cougars claimed the first two sets 25-21 and 25-22 to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the match.
- UNCW answered with a 25-22 victory in set three and edged the Cougars, 26-24, in the fourth to force a fifth frame.
- The teams traded two-point leads late in set five before the Seahawks broke a 13-13 deadlock with back-to-back points to complete the comeback.
COUGAR OF THE MATCH
Manusky finished the match with 35 digs, which ties for the third-most in a single-match during the program's rally scoring era. The senior libero accounted for 22 of her match-high 35 digs in the final three frames including eight in the third set.
