Cougar Defense Continues to Shine in Draw with Stetson

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston men's soccer team earned its second clean sheet of the young season Sunday night in a 0-0 deadlock with Stetson in the home opener at Ralph Lundy Field at Patriots Point.
 
Cameron Smith made three saves while the backfield that includes freshmen Jude Swails, Tom Wilson and Daniel Pereira limited the Hatters to only eight shots. The Cougars (1-0-1) have played 209:05 minutes of shutout soccer in two games, including a 1-0 overtime win at South Carolina on Thursday.
