CHARLESTON, S.C. --- Lexi Wierzbicki put down a team-high 12 kills as College of Charleston fell to Towson in straight sets on Sunday afternoon in CAA action at TD Arena.
Towson (24-1, 13-1 CAA) won the match by scores of 25-19, 25-18 and 25-23 combining for 42 kills, 9.5 blocks, eight aces and a .296 hitting percentage. The Tigers limited Charleston (12-15, 7-7 CAA) to 35 kills, four blocks and a .145 attacking clip.
