Box Score STATESBORO, Ga. -- The College of Charleston women's tennis team fell in a nail-biter at Georgia Southern on Wednesday afternoon, 4-3. 

The Eagles took the doubles point, but after singles wins by Slade Coetzee, Maja Jekauc, and Victoria Walter, the contest came down to the final match. Georgia Southern took that match to claim the victory.

Slade Coetzee and Halli Trinkle won their second doubles match of the year, giving Coetzee two wins on the day.
