
Women's Tennis Named ITA All-Academic Team

TEMPE, Ariz. – The College of Charleston women's tennis team has been named an Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Team, with seven Cougars earning ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.
The honors mark the 15th consecutive All-Academic team for the Cougars and the 29th in the last 30 years under the direction of head Coach Angelo Anastopoulo.
The Cougars were one of 222 women's tennis programs that were named an All-Academic Team for the 2025 season, earned by achieving a team GPA of 3.2 or higher.
Marra Bruce, Helena Huff, Maja Jekauc, Sia Cariov, McKenzie Daniel, Elle Bredemann and Saige Severance were named ITA Scholar Athletes for the 2025 season, which is given to student-athletes
with a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the current academic year.
