CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The College of Charleston women's basketball team (15-12, 7-9) hosts Hofstra (6-18, 3-13) on Thursday night inside TD Arena. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. and will be streamed live on FloSports. Admission is free.
The Cougars are coming off an 87-56 win at UNCW where four CofC players scored in double-figures.

- The College of Charleston is looking to finish the regular season strong following an 87-56 win at UNCW on Sunday. The Cougars ended its four game road trip at 2-2 with wins over the Seahawks and JMU and with losses to Towson and Hofstra
- Charleston will look to finish the regular season with a couple of wins on its homecourt. Sunday's game with Northeastern could have an impact on the CAA Tournament seeding of both the Cougars and the Huskies
- CofC is 3-4 in conference games played at TD Arena. Two of those losses came in overtime and the four losses came by an average of 4.3 points
- With her senior day inching closer, Arynn Eady is playing some of the best basketball of her Charleston career
- The senior forward from Atlanta is averaging 12.1 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.1 steals, and a CAA- leading 2.1 blocks per game while shooting a conference-best 60.3 percent from the field. That number ranks seventh in the NCAA
- In Sunday's game against UNCW, Eady became CofC's all-time leading rebounder in its division- one era (848 rebounds), passing Breanna Bolden who played for the Cougars from 2013-2017. In addition to this distinction, Eady's 142 career blocks ranks third all-time in the program's D1 history
- In her last six games, Arynn is averaging 14.6 points, 9.2 boards, and 1.8 blocks per games. Eady has also shot over 50 percent from the field in eight of her last ten games.
- Eady has recorded 12 double-doubles in 27 games
- At UNCW, the Cougars outrebounded the Seahawks 44-32. This improves the Cougars to 9-0 this season when they win the game's rebounding battle. Charleston is just 5-13 when it fails to secure more boards than its opponent
- In Sunday's victory over the Seahawks, the Cougars were potent offensively, scoring 87 points, shooting 49.2 percent from the field, and making 36.7 percent of its attempts from deep. CofC is 10-1 when it scores more than 80 points and 11-2 when shooting above 40 percent from the field. The Cougars are 9-3 when shooting above 30 percent from distance and just 5-9 when shooting below 30 percent from three
- Thanks to Sunday's win, the Cougars claimed their 15th victory and clinched a winning regular season for the first time since 2014. The 15 wins are also the most since the 2013-14 team posted a 19-15 record.
- CofC has just five winning seasons since 2000 and only two since 2010. The Cougars have a chance to improve upon those numbers in just the third year of Coach Robin Harmony's tenure
- Latrice Perkins has four games with 20 or more points since Jan. 30 and is averaging 15.4 PPG and shooting 47 percent from the field in that nine-game stretch.
- Perkins also had a season-high five steal game in that stretch, as well as a season-high 11 rebounds at UNCW
- Jenna Annecchiarico leads the CAA in assists per game (6.1), total steals (79), and FT% (87.9%). She ranks fourth in points per game (17.0) and third in minutes played (930)
