Cougars Picked Fourth in Inaugural Sun Belt Coaches’ Poll

NEW ORLEANS, La. – College of Charleston beach volleyball was tabbed to finish fourth in the inaugural Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Coaches' Poll, as announced Monday by the league office.
Georgia State was picked to win the league followed by Coastal Carolina, UNCW, Charleston, Southern Miss, Stephen F. Austin, ULM and Mercer.
An original-15 NCAA Beach Volleyball program, Charleston transitions to their second league in as many seasons after playing as an ASUN member in 2022. The Cougars made a run to the ASUN Championships semifinals taking down Eastern Kentucky, Mercer and Stephen F. Austin.
Charleston opens their season Friday with a triple header at the Jacksonville Tournament with Palm Beach Atlantic, Georgia State and the host Jacksonville.
