Box Score CHARLESTON, S.C.—The College of Charleston women's tennis team fell 4-3 to UTSA on Saturday afternoon at the College of Charleston Tennis Center.
Charleston battled their way to a 1-0 victory in doubles.
Slade Coetzee and
Halli Trinkle were even at three all and came out on top 6-3 on court one.
Maja Jekauc and
Klara Vukicevic were down 4-5 and fought for a 7-6 win on court three.
UTSA battled back in singles with quick wins on courts one and three, but Trinkle made the score even at two all on court two. The rest of the way the Cougars and Roadrunners were head-to-head with the Roadrunners edging the Cougars 4-3.
