CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston sailors Chloe Hudgins and Noah Zittrer were named SAISA Sailors of the Week, as announced Friday by the organization.
 
Hudgins and Zittrer placed first in A-Division at the SAISA Fall Top 9 Invite Regatta and helped Charleston earn a regatta win this past weekend on home waters. The pair earned podium finishes in five of the six races in a combined 18-boat fleet featuring the top 9 teams in SAISA.
 
Their efforts secured the first regatta win of the Conner Blouin era at Charleston as well as the first Sailor of the Week accolades of the fall season. Hudgins, Zittrer and the rest of the Cougars are back in action this weekend at three regattas.
