CHARLESTON, S.C.- The College of Charleston women's basketball team fell to North Dakota State inside TD Arena on Sunday, December 1 by a score of 72-59.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cougars entered the half with a six-point deficit, but a strong third quarter from the Bison put Charleston down in double-digits for the rest of the game.
- The Bison knocked down ten shots from beyond the arc with five coming in the third quarter, while CofC only found one three-pointer on the day.
- A strong defense effort from the Cougars put up 15 steals and forced 26 turnovers on the day but were unable to overcome the large deficit.
- The Cougars were able to cut the Bison lead to 10 in the fourth down from a 24-point deficit, but the comeback was hindered by fouls and North Dakota State's accuracy at the charity stripe.
LEADING COUGARS
- Lara Rohkohl grabbed her third double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
- Taryn Barbot led the team with 22 points, nearing a double-double with nine rebounds.
- McKinley Brooks-Sumpter tallied her first double-digit game of the season, knocking down 10 points from midrange.
