JACKSONVILLE, Ala.- The College of Charleston women's basketball team moves to 3-0 on the road after taking down Jacksonville State on Wednesday evening, 66-47.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cougars fell behind in the first ten but outscored the Gamecocks in the final three frames for the win.
- Taylor Barbot downed a three-pointer late in the second to tie the game at 27, after suffering a nine-point deficit.
- Jazmyn Stone was fouled at the arc in the final minute of the first half. After going 3-3 from the line, the Cougars took the lead into the break.
- The two teams exchanged the lead six times before a breakout fourth quarter put the Cougars on top, outscoring the Gamecocks 20-3.
- Charleston outrebounded their opponent 48-34, finishing 17 points on second chances.
LEADING COUGARS
- Taylor Barbot led the team in scoring, tallying 13 points on the day along with four assists and seven rebounds.
- Lara Rohkohl earned a season-high 15 rebounds on the night for the Cougars.
- Leah Philpotts tallied her first double-digit scoring game of the season, knocking down 11 points and going 2-3 from the three-point line.
