
Cougars Hit the Road for Three Matches

CHARLESTON, S.C.- College of Charleston men's tennis will travel north for a weekend slate of three matches.
The Cougars will begin their road trip taking on Coppin State on Friday, then travelling to Virginia to take on Hampden-Sydney on Saturday, followed by Longwood on Sunday.
Charleston kicked off their season at Virginia Tech, falling to the Hokies. Jordyn Larke claimed the lone point for the Cougars, battling in a three-set match to earn the singles victory.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Coppin State currently sits 0-1 this season, falling to Saint Joseph's in their first match of the season.
Hampden-Sydney also fell in their opening match in a tight loss versus Shenandoah.
Longwood will host Charleston after a loss to Liberty the previous weekend, falling on the road.
All three opponents will be hosting their home opener versus Charleston.
