CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston women's tennis will travel to Florida for a pair of matches. The Cougars will face Bethune-Cookman on Saturday, March 2 before taking on Sacred Heart on Monday, March 4.
The Cougars are heading into their fifth-straight road match of the season after starting off their schedule at home with a pair of wins.
Charleston is coming off a 5-2 win at Presbyterian College, where the Cougars took the doubles point and found four wins in singles play.
This will be Charleston's last road trip before hitting an 11-game home stretch through March.
Scouting the Opponent
The Cougars will face Bethune-Cookman in Daytona Beach on Saturday, as the Wildcats currently sit 0-10 on the season and will be looking for their first win. They most recently fell to Central Florida in Orlando, 0-4.
On Monday the Cougars will face Sacred Heart in Orlando. The Pioneers currently stand with an 8-2 record, most recently falling to UConn on the road.
Doubles play is set to start at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and 8:30 a.m. on Monday.
