CHARLESTON, S.C. -  Basketball season is almost here! The Charleston men's and women's basketball teams officially open the home slate on November 3 with the women hosting Covenant at 4:00 p.m. followed by the men taking on Tusculum at 7:00 p.m.

Charleston Athletics is proud to announce new safety protocols as well as new procedural elements fans will find this season in TD Arena.

With a highly entertaining slate of game promotions and an electric brand of basketball on display, the Charleston hoops experience promises to deliver a show on and off the court. Find a full list of important reminders and information below:

Alcohol Beverage Retail Sales and Service Regulations

In order to sell and/or serve an alcoholic beverage in TD Arena, the following requirements apply:

• Moving forward, a valid ID is required to be scanned/swiped for each transaction.
• Vertical IDs will not be accepted at sales locations regardless of the individual's age.
• All ID checks will be handled directly by our Aramark concession partners at each stand. EPI staff will no longer check ID's or provide wristbands.
• No more than two (2) alcoholic beverages may be sold or served per transaction.

Magnetometer Security Feature

As fans enter the main entrance of TD Arena on November 3, they will see new walk-through magnetometers, or metal detectors. In addition to the existing Clear Bag and prohibited items policy at TD Arena, the magnetometers are a new added security feature to enhance the safety of our fans.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

1. Fans will enter TD Arena at the Meeting Street entrance.
2. Once inside, fans will be asked to take their belongings out of their pockets and place them in a bin. This includes phone, wallet, keys, etc.
   1. If you bring a bag compliant with the Clear Bag policy, your items can be placed in the bag.
3. EPI security staff will provide guidance on when to walk through the magnetometer and assist in retrieving your belongings after you clear through the magnetometer.
4. Finally, approach the pedestal ticket scanners at the base of the stairs, scan your tickets, and cheer on the Cougars!

Men's Basketball is SOLD OUT

• For the third consecutive season, College of Charleston men's basketball has sold out TD Arena for the entirety of the 2025-26 season. There will be no single-game tickets for sale this season.

 SeatGeek Secondary Marketplace

• There are still plenty of opportunities to see the Cougars in action! The College of Charleston is excited to continue our partnership with SeatGeek to serve as an Official Secondary Ticket Marketplace of College of Charleston Athletics.
• Fans can use SeatGeeks' digital tools to price, list, and sell unused tickets. These tools allow Cougar fans to recoup their investment by reselling tickets to events or games they are unable to attend. Click here to find available tickets now.

ALL-IN-1 Tickets

• For fans who received digital tickets, we will be utilizing our ALL-IN-1 pass similar to last season. The ALL-IN-1 pass is a smart ticket that simplifies and declutters your digital wallet. Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat, and the ticket information for the following game will auto-populate after the completion of each game.

Enhanced Sound in TD Arena

• Our turn-key audio suspended above center court will provide 360-degree amplification of the sound within TD Arena to help create a better fan experience in the stands & on the playing surface.
• You asked, we listened! The suspension system has reduced in size to not prohibit sight lines for fans in the upper level.
