Charleston Beach Volleyball Finds New Home at "The Yard"

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston beach volleyball team is excited to announce the program's new home facility, The Yard. Located on James Island, the facility is was built exclusively for the Cougars beach volleyball team.
"The Yard is a new standard for beach volleyball at The College. Having something to call our own has been both emotionally and physically rewarding for our program," said head coach Damian Elder. "We hope this facility helps attract even more amazing student-athletes to our team and our College."
The team kicked off the 2025 season this past weekend at the Coastal Invite, finishing with a 3-1 record. Fans can cheer on the Cougars at their first home tournament at The Yard on April 11.
