CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston women's tennis team will take on Georgia Southern at home on Friday, February 7. Doubles play is set to begin at 2:00 p.m. at the Turner Tennis Center.

The Cougars will enter the match-up 1-1 on the season, after a win against Mercer. Oziera Ahmad and Francesca Salvato secured their wins in two sets, while Jaiden McKee came back to win her last two sets by a 6-1 decision for Charleston's third point. Maja Jekauc secured the win in the No.1 spot for the road victory.

Scouting the Opponent

Georgia Southern women's tennis picked up its third straight win on Sunday afternoon with a 5-2 victory over host Kennesaw State at the Betty Siegel Courts. The Eagles moved to 4-1 on the season with the victory and 2-1 on the road.
