CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston women's tennis team bounced back with a 7-0 win over Belmont on Saturday morning at the Turner Tennis Center.
The Cougars won the doubles point, securing victories on court 1 and court 2.
Charleston went on to sweep the day, as
Francesca Salvato and
Sia Cariov earned the win on court 1 while
Oziera Ahmad and
Maja Jekauc earned the win on court 2.
Isabella De Luise finished first with the win on court 6, followed by Salvato on court 2.
Jaiden McKee wrapped up the day on court 5.
Charleston returns to action on Wednesday, hosting Towson and Coe College in a doubleheader at the Turner Tennis Center. Doubles play is set to begin against the Tigers at 1:30 p.m.
