Women's Tennis Travels to North Carolina

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston women's tennis team will travel to Greensboro N.C. on Friday, April 4 to take on North Carolina A&T followed by Elon on Saturday, April 5.

The Cougars enter the matchup with back-to-back conference victories last week, defeating Drexel at home before earning a road win at UNCW. CofC was even with the Seahawks at 3-3 before Bella De Luise earned a win on court 6 to clinch the victory. Charleston currently holds a three-match winning streak.

Scouting the Opponent

The Aggies hold an 8-7 record on the season with a 0-2 record in conference play. North Carolina A&T most recently fell on the road to Elon in a 6-1 matchup. The Aggies also fell to Campbell 6-1 at the end of March.

Elon enters the matchup 12-6 after defeating North Carolina A&T 6-1 in their last contest. The Pheonix have also defeated Campbell in a 7-0 sweep.
