CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston women's tennis team will return to action on Wednesday, April 9 to face Gardner-Webb on the road followed by a home match versus Benedict College.
The Cougars split their weekend in North Carolina, defeating North Carolina A&T 7-0 before falling at Elon the following day. Charleston sits 12-8 on the season and 4-3 in conference play.
CofC will face the Bulldogs for the second time since this season, falling 5-2 at home in early March.

Isabella De Luise claimed wins in singles play against the Bulldogs.
Scouting the Opponent
Gardner-Webb enters the matchup with a 7-9 record on the season, defeating Radford 5-2 in their last match. The win broke a three-match losing streak for the Bulldogs and improved their Big South record to 3-2.
Benedict stands 10-8 on the reason and 10-3 in conference play. The Tigers most recently fell at home to Shaw University 2-5.
Thursday's home match versus Benedict will honor the seniors on the team in their annual Senior Day celebration.
