CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston men's soccer team tied Campbell 0-0 at home Saturday afternoon.
The Cougar's first home conference game ended in a scoreless draw leaving their record 2-4-1 and 0-1-1 in conference play.
Campbell outshot Charleston 13 to 11. Charleston forward
Matt Lenert led the Cougars with three shots and one on goal.
Ben Bagshaw trailed Lenert with two shots.
Goalkeeper
Jourdan Schumacher allowed zero goals and saved six shots. Schumacher had two more saves than Campbell's goalie.
The Cougar's next match is on the road in Greenville, S.C. on Tuesday, September 16 against Furman with kickoff set for 6:00 p.m. The next time Charleston is at Patriots will be Tuesday, September 23 to play Georgia Southern with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m.
