MACON, Ga. – The College of Charleston women's tennis team (0-2) fell 7-0 to Mercer (1-1) at Copelan Tennis Complex Saturday afternoon.
Mercer took a 1-0 lead after winning courts two and one in doubles. In singles, the Bears quickly clinched the match with two-set wins on courts one, three and four. From there, the Bears finished the sweep with another straight-set win on court six, and a pair of three-set victories on courts five and two.
