A four year varsity letter-winner, Braun is a dynamic outside hitter who was named all-conference and team MVP her sophomore year at Zionsville High School ... Although limited her junior year through a shoulder injury, Braun has been fantastic again her senior season and should provide the Cougars with additional firepower on the outside...Braun plays her club volleyball for Vision Volleyball Club and helped to lead her team to a 17-1 record and a fifth-place finish at AAU National’s-17 Open Division…Daughter to Steven and Jennifer Braun, Maren is the youngest of five children.
