On Friday, Lance finished fourth in the hammer throw with a toss of 147-02 and Summer Chambless finished second in the pole vault with a vault of 9-06.50 to lead the Cougars. Chambless also earned a fifth place finish in the javelin throw with a throw of 84-03.
Arnold earned her first place finish in the 5k after posting a time of 17:44.68 as she topped the second place finisher, Bonnie Axman from Frostburg State, by over a minute. Kathryn Boettcher was third in the event with a time of 19:04.84.
Lance had throws of 36-11 in the shot put and 127-00 in the discus to earn two fourth place finishes on Saturday.
The Cougars will be back in action at UNC Wilmington next weekend.
