The Cougars, who play at Georgia Southern at 2:30 on Wednesday, improved to 20-3 overall and 7-1 in league play. ASU fell to 7-10 and 1-8.
After the Cougars swept the doubles point, Anna Lee Evans defeated Lindsay King 6-1, 6-1 at No. 5 singles. Chelsea Albertz bested Anja Gugger 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles, Laura Borza beat Monica Tomas 6-4, 6-4 at No. 2, Link Leskosky downed Amanda Cash 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3, Holly Dowse earned a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Elizabeth Holland at No. 4 and at No. 5 singles Amanda Becker claimed a 6-4, 6-3 decision over Caroline Mauch.
