CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston baseball program will hold its sixth annual "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" golf tournament on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Patriots Point Links on Charleston Harbor. This year's event is again sponsored by Bennett Hospitality.

The event has annually become a fun and enjoyable time for supporters of CofC Baseball to give back to the program and enjoy a day of golf and socializing. The cost of participation is $125 per golfer, with all of the proceeds from the event going towards the CofC Baseball program.

All of the action will begin at 11 a.m. with registration, practice range opportunities and lunch followed by a shotgun start at noon. The day will conclude with a catered dinner and a raffle and silent auction with an opportunity for baseball and golf memorabilia.

"We look forward to this event every year as it brings together former players, fans and supporters from the Charleston community in a fun atmosphere," head coach Monte Lee said. "We had a great turnout with a fall date last year, and we look forward to an even better turnout this year."
