TOWSON, Md. – College of Charleston Women's Basketball returns to action as it takes on Towson on the road on Sunday, Feb. 16 with tip-off scheduled for 2 p.m.
Last Outing
The College fell to James Madison on the road by a score of 50-81. The Dukes came out strong in the first few minutes of the game scoring seven points to CofC's two, and finished the first quarter on a 9-0 run, giving them a 22-10 lead. The Cougars were held to just nine points while giving up 22 points to JMU in the second quarter, trailing at the half 44-19. JMU led by as much as 37 points in the third quarter as the Cougars continued to struggle on offense, scoring only 10 points in the third quarter. CofC's offense picked up slack in the fourth quarter, scoring 21 points to JMU's 17, but it was too late as the Dukes swept the regular season series.

- Head Coach Robin Harmony has a total of 257 wins throughout her career.
- Senior Deja Ford became the 28th Cougar in program history to join the 1,000-point club.
- The Cougars started conference play 2-0 for the first time since the 2009-10 season. This also marks the first time The College has gone 2-0 in CAA play since joining the league in 2013.
- Latrice Perkins (13.7), Tyler Collins (12.5) and Deja Ford (11.0) lead the Cougars in scoring per game.
- Sophomore Arynn Eady ranks second in rebounds in the CAA with 9.4 per game.
- Eady logged a career-high 18 rebounds twice this season, one in a 67-63 OT win over UNCW on Jan. 26 and the other in a 70-64 loss to William & Mary on Feb. 7, which is tied for fourth most in a single game in program history.
- Senior Deja Ford earned her first CAA Player of the Week honors for the week of 12/30 through 1/5 after scoring 59 points while leading the Cougars to three wins.
- Arynn Eady has four double-doubles on the season while Latrice Perkins has three.
- Perkins and Collins became the first Cougars since 2015 to score at least 29 points in a single game.
- The Cougars forced 33 turnovers against Coker on Nov. 12 which tied the most in a single game since 2010 when CofC took down Wofford.
- Perkins earned Harris Teeter Student-Athlete of the Week honors (Nov. 6-12).
- Eady earned Harris Teeter Student-Athlete of the Week honors twice this season for play through Nov. 13-19 and Jan. 22-28.
- Ford earned Harris Teeter Student-Athlete of the Week honors (Dec. 30-Jan. 5).
- Ford was named a Preseason All-CAA Honorable Mention.
