GAME PREVIEW
After playing its last two games on the road, the College of Charleston men's soccer team returns home to Ralph Lundy Field for a conference rivalry matchup with UNCW on Saturday, March 20 at 6 p.m. (ET).
The Cougars (0-2-2, 0-1-0 CAA) are looking to rebound from a 2-0 conference-opening loss at William & Mary, while the Seahawks (4-0-1, 1-0-0 CAA) started off league play with a 2-0 shutout of Elon on March 13.
"Training this week has been good," CofC Head Coach Keith Wiggans. "It has given us a chance to reorganize and get back to our roots of being a defensively strong team. It will be great to be at home again. UNCW has had a good start to the season and is a good team. I am confident, that if we are organized defensively and take advantage of our attacking opportunities, we will get a good result."
CofC will play three of its final four games of the spring season at home at Patriots Point. Saturday's game will be broadcast on FloSports.
GAME DAY INFORMATION
Admission is free for all College of Charleston men's soccer home games during the spring 2021 season. CofC received approval from the South Carolina Department of Commerce to welcome spectators at Patriots Point at a reduced capacity of 50 percent.
