
Women's Tennis Begins Spring Slate at Home

CHARLESTON, S.C.– College of Charleston women's tennis will kick off their spring slate this weekend at home, taking on Queens University Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and East Carolina Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
The Cougars finished their 2023 season 16-6, standing 2-0 in CAA play before falling to UNC Wilmington in the CAA Championships, 3-4.
The Cougars start the year with nine returners from last season, including Halli Trinkle and Maja Jekauc who were awarded All-CAA honors in 2023.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Queens will travel down to South Carolina after taking on Davidson College Friday night. The Royals currently stand with an 0-3 record, recently falling to Liberty 2-5.
East Carolina traveled to VCU to open their season, dropping the match 2-5 in Virginia. The Pirates will face Charleston Southern on Saturday before arriving at Patriots Point to take on the Cougars.
