The Cougars improve to 19-8 overall and 11-3 in conference play while Hampton sits at 0-26 and 0-14 in the CAA.

CofC hit .410 as a team, its highest attacking percentage in a match this season.
Caitlyn Callahan hit .778 on the day while
Emily Dykes went .700.

WHEN THE GAME WAS DECIDED:
- Callahan and Emily Banitt combined for a block in the third set to make it 10-4 and Charleston never looked back.

CRITICAL POINTS AGAINST HAMPTON:
- Charleston hit .615 in the first set, the second time this year the Cougars have hit .600-or-better in a frame.
- Cole Crews tallied her first career service aces in the win, recording a pair along with two from Avery Alexander in the opening frame.
- Callahan was part of five of the team's six blocks while Dykes chipped in on three.
- Nine different Cougars had multiple kills in the victory.
- Emma Appleman recorded her 50th career service ace.

- Charleston is 5-0 overall against Hampton in the all-time series.
- The team's 276.5 total blocks are now tenth all-time in program history.
- Charleston's 15 home wins are the most since 2010.
- Callahan's 123Â blocks are the most in a season by a Cougar since Jane Feddersen's 123 in 2017. Callahan is one block shy of cracking the top 10 in the Rally-Scoring Era in program history.
- Charleston tallied just six attack errors for the second straight match.Â
- CofC has held opponents to a .130 hitting pct. or worse in 15 contests.
