CHARLESTON, S.C.- A 14-0 run in the second frame propelled College of Charleston women's basketball to an 83-62 win over South Alabama on Friday night, remaining undefeated on the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cougars outscored the Jaguars 24-13 in the second quarter to take the lead.
- Charleston's defense tallied 17 steals on the night, earning 38 points off turnovers.
- Three players reached double-digit scoring with 31 points coming off the bench, displaying the Cougars' roster depth.
LEADING COUGARS
- Taylor Barbot led the team with a career-high 23 points in the matchup, adding six assists for her second double-digit game in a row.
- Lara Rohkohl tallied 11 boards on the night for her third-straight game with double-digit rebounds.
- Jami Hill contributed 16 points for the Cougars, paired with a career-high seven rebounds. The sophomore guard also led the team with four steals.
COUGARS ON TOP
- After improving to 5-0 on the season, the Cougars remain one of the only 32 undefeated teams in the country.
- With one of the deepest benches currently in the country, Charleston averages 48.3 bench points per game, good for first in the NCAA.
- Rohkohl continues to show her skill as a forward, ranking first in the country in offensive rebounds per game and second in field goal percentage.
