Morris's goal in the first, which came at the 10:58 mark, was set up by Kristin Rhyne whose shot just seconds before was deflected right in front of her. Morris was able to easily send the ball into the back of the net.
Hudson used an assist by Kelly McGinty 81:35 into the game to send the ball past goalkeeper Megan Marler, who had just come into the game, replacing Samar Azem.
The Cougars out-shot the Camels 17-5, with 12 of their shots coming in the first half. Charleston also led 6-3 in corner kicks.
Hudson, the transfer from Clemson, led Charleston in shots with five. Five different Campbell players had a shot in the game.
The Cougars open the regular season Aug. 28th, traveling to N.C. State for a 1:00 PM match. Campbell opens 2005 with an Aug. 26th match against Longwood. Start time is set for 7:00 PM.
