The short story: The Cougars bounced back after consecutive losses and took down the Dukes to improve to 6-5 on the season backed behind strong singles play.

OPENING SERVE

Ben Cawston and Karl Mosterd gave the Cougars some momentum in doubles as they took down their opponents 6-2.
The combination of Robby Krick and Andre Limon sealed the doubles point for the Cougars after winning in the No. 3 position in a tiebreaker set.
Limon carried his momentum into the No. 4 position and extended the Cougars' lead to 2-0 after taking his opponent down in straight sets.
Mosterd gave the Cougars a 3-0 lead when he took his opponent down in the No. 2 position in straight sets.
Krick clinched the victory for the Cougars in an entertaining three-set match at the No. 6 position.

We had to battle back in No. 3 doubles to get that point for the team and battle back in singles to get the whole team in battle. The wind was tough today and the team worked together to get four points. This is all we need for every match."
