- Eva Nyikos and Trinkle teamed up in the No. 1 position and swept their opponents 6-0 to give CofC some momentum in doubles play.
- The combination of Anastasia Palaska and Elizabeth Nowak proved strong as they took down their opponents in the No. 2 position to seal the doubles point.
- Nyikos carried her momentum from doubles into singles, giving Charleston a 2-0 lead after taking her opponent down in the No. 3 position in straight sets.
