RICHMOND, Va. - College of Charleston graduate goalie Jourdan Schumacher has been named the CAA Defensive Player of the Week, picking up his first career conference honor.
Schumacher allowed zero goals in Charleston's 1-0-1 week, contributing eight saves during the stretch. Starting the week off with a non-conference battle against USC Upstate, the graduate student had two saves in the 1-0 shutout win.
