Men's Tennis Earns No. 4 Seed in CAA Championship

RICHMOND, Va. – The College of Charleston men's tennis team will travel to Williamsburg, Va. for the CAA Championship beginning on Friday, April 17.
Charleston finished its regular season with an 11-5 record and a 2-1 record in CAA play to secure the No. 4 seed in the six team field.
The Cougars will open their tournament on Friday morning against No. 5 Drexel. First serve for the quarterfinal matchup is set for 9 a.m. at the Mackesy Tennis Center on the campus of William & Mary.
The full six team field consists of No. 1 UNCW, No. 2 Elon, No. 3 Campbell, No. 4 Charleston, No. 5 Drexel and No. 6 William & Mary.
If the Charleston wins against Drexel, CofC will take on No. 1 UNCW in the semifinals on Saturday morning.
The championship match will be played at 10 a.m. on Sunday, with an automatic berth to the NCAA Men's Tennis Championship on the line.
